You can indeed be the fresh prince of Bel-Air — with a kingdom to match.

Mansion Global reports a sprawling property in that affluent Los Angeles neighborhood — and one that spans an unusually vast 15.9 acres — will head to auction next month with no reserve.

Bel-Air is home to one of the priciest ZIP codes in the nation, and this estate comes with seven houses across nine parcels total. One of those homes is listed for $48.9 million — but the whole spread will be listed all together for a cool $105 million ahead of the May auction.

Aaron Kirman of Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California will represent the listing alongside Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman. Concierge Auctions will handle the sale, which opens May 1 and will close on May 13.

The present owner is the Kuwaiti billionaire Bassam Alghanim, who has stitched together the assemblage since 1979. He’s a member of the family business, Alghanim Industries and, as of 2018, had an estimated net worth of $1.8 billion.

The seven homes on offer include the structure that listed for that $48.9 million sum in October — alongside two of the other lots. It’s a 1960s mansion spanning a roomy 11,000 square feet. The other homes include a Gus Duffy-designed midcentury-modern dwelling, as well as a Cape Cod-style residence from the 1950s that’s in need of a renovation.

“It’s definitely a wide range of offerings — it’s going to have a wide appeal for a lot of people,” Kirman told the outlet. For his part, Altman told Mansion Global the positioning of some homes leads to “drop dead” views of the City of Angels. The views can stretch as far as Catalina Island.

It will all be auctioned off first in parts, and then as a whole in the online sale.
