Billionaire supermarket mogul Ron Burkle has sold his Malibu beach house for $19.99 million — its full asking price.

That’s a hefty profit over the $13.5 million that he paid for it in 2022.

The historic beach house, at 23708 Malibu Colony, was built in 1928. It first hit the market in January — with listing broker Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates. Safir Shamsi, of Rodeo Realty, brought the buyer.

Burkle was famously known for jet-setting around with presidential pal Bill Clinton. He is also the controlling shareholder and executive chairman of Soho House. The son of a grocer, Burkle is now estimated to be worth $3.9 billion, according to Forbes.

His high-profile real estate holdings include the Michael Jackson estate known as the Neverland Ranch.

This Malibu Tudor-style beach house comes with 37.5 feet of beach.

Its former owner was the artist and philanthropist Carol Moss, known as the “mayor of Malibu,” who passed away in 2021 at age 91.

The five-bedroom, 4.5-bath dwelling was restored by preservation specialist Tim Gleason.

Inside, double-height windows flood the living room with light. The room opens to a private patio made for entertaining. The residence is anchored by a large, open chef’s kitchen. There’s also separate guest quarters with a kitchenette.

Design details include high ceilings and an original oversized clinker brick fireplace.
