The Knicks rallied for a 115-104 win over the Cavaliers in overtime on the strength of a nearly impossible comeback in the fourth quarter.

The Knicks, who trailed by 22 points with a little over eight minutes to go in the fourth quarter, outscored Cleveland 32-18 in the final frame to force overtime.
Game 2 is slated for Thursday night at Madison Square Garden.
