A glam new residential rental building in Beverly Hills is having a fashion moment.

Australian supermodel Jordan Barrett has been spotted staying at the Palma, we hear. “He’s living there while he’s filming in LA,” a spy told Gimme Shelter.

Barrett, 29, is also a social media influencer with more than 4.1 million followers.

He has appeared in Vogue and has modeled for brands including Tom Ford, Versace, Balmain and Moschino — and he’s married to Fernando Casablancas, the son of late Elite Model Management founder John Casablancas.

The couple married in 2021, with close friends Kate Moss and Georgia May Jagger part of the intimate group of guests that celebrated with them.

Barrett has also been in films including “Wetiko” in 2022, “Filthy, Rich & Homeless” in 2017 and “Carte Blanche” in 2019.

Located on N. Palm Drive, just off Wilshire Boulevard, Palma bills itself as the first concierge service-driven luxury residential building in LA, offering curated experiences and social gatherings on its rooftop, among other perks. It was developed by Eighty Eighty and comes with programming and services that are more in line with a five-star hotel than an apartment building.

The rentals run from around $10,000 to $25,000 a month. Residents also have access to a house BMW car and driver — as well as housekeeping, pet services, valet laundry, and in-home spa and chef services.

Barrett recently hosted a dinner “for friends to preview the building,” with floral designs by Eric Butterbaugh. The event included fellow Aussie model Cheyenne Tozzi, model Brooks Nader and her actor boyfriend Taron Egerton, talent manager Cade Hudson and Jonathan “Foodgod” Cheban, a friend said

The unit that Barrett is renting is around 1,500 square feet. A similarly sized two-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit is currently on the market for $14,500 a month.

Designed with a midcentury-modern sensibility, the sunlit residence features a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and a butler’s pantry, as well as a spacious main bedroom and a terrace.

Building amenities include a common roofotp with grills and lounge areas, and a gym plus a Zen lounge with infrared saunas. Outside, there’s a rooftop fitness zone with training equipment, hot and cold plunges and a Pilates reformer.
