The Rangers made a splash at the NHL draft — even before they made a pick.
New York is acquiring forward Pavel Dorofeyev from the Golden Knights, The Post’s Mollie Walker reported.
In exchange, the Rangers will send the Nos. 26 and 92 picks in this year’s draft and a 2028 conditional — top-10 protected — first-rounder to Vegas.
Dorofeyev, who turns 26 in October, is coming off his best season as a pro with 37 goals and 27 assists, both of which were career highs.
He added 12 goals as Vegas won the Western Conference and finished as the NHL’s runner-up in the playoffs.
