The modest home featured in “Breaking Bad” has apparently snagged a million-dollar buyer.
The Albuquerque, New Mexico residence spent less than a week on the market with a $3.5 million price cut before finding its newest owner — reported to be controversial internet personality and streamer Adin Ross.
The ranch home served as the fictional residence of teacher-turned-kingpin Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston, from 2006 to 2018. The hit AMC series still numbers among one of the most highly awarded series of all time.
Ross, who has gained millions of online followers playing video games and hosting celebrity guests on livestreams, reportedly numbers among the series’ devotees. Ross claimed in a livestream to have succeeded in purchasing the home, and said he plans to transform the home into a “one-to-one” replica of its appearance in the show.
White’s iconic ranch home attracted crowds of looky-loos over the nearly two decades since the series aired, much to the chagrin of Joanne Quintana, whose family owned the home for more than 50 years.
The owner previously reported that 300 cars drove by her home each day, and has resorted to spraying onlookers with a water hose.
The owners earned even more eyes on their home, however, when they listed it for sale in January 2025. The 1,920-square-foot home was incredibly priced at $3.9 million.
The property sat on the market for much of 2025 until its newest listing agent, Alicia Feil, stepped in in early February. Feil told The Post she set the price at market rate — $400,000 — and watched the bids roll in.
“It was a ridiculous amount of inquiries,” Feil said, adding that her phone would ring as soon as she ended each call during the listing period.
The subsequent six-day bidding war racked up about 30 formal offers, Feil told The Post. The winning bid surpassed $1 million.
Feil previously listed the real-life house of Aaron Paul’s character, Jesse Pinkman, but said it did not receive as many interested parties. Yet another “Breaking Bad” property, the real-life Crossroads Motel, is currently on sale for $2.5 million.
Neither the final sum paid, nor the winning bidder, can be disclosed until the deal closes next week, but Ross has insisted he won out.
The streamer could not be reached for comment, but openly discussed the purchase with his followers.
“If you’ve seen ‘Breaking Bad,’ you know how fire it is, bro,” Ross said in the livestream, adding that his father was “so hyped,” about the alleged purchase.
The newest owner, Ross or otherwise, won’t be able to take up residence just yet. A condition of the deal allows Quintana to remain at the property for six weeks before relocating, Feil said.
