Just don’t drink and drive!

Booze baron John Frank’s massive Greenwich, Conn. estate with an “insane” secret 30-car garage — and a looped driveway that also serves as a private Go Kart track — is finally in contract.

The 10-bedroom, 14.5-bath home, at 97 Pecksland Road, was last asking $24.95 million. It first hit the market for $33.8 million in 2022.

The final sale price and the identity of the forthcoming owner are not yet known.

Former Grey Goose exec Frank made his name bringing the upscale vodka brand to the US in the late 1990s. Frank then sold it to Bacardi for close to $3 billion. (Once the former vice chairman of Sidney Frank Importing Co., he was also the first to bring Jägermeister to the US.)

The estate is centered around an elevated main house that stands on 8.71 acres, with two separate parcels of 5.3 acres and 5.13 acres for a total of 19.14 acres. Built in 2009, the 17,878-square-foot main residence was designed by architect Paul Marchese, the former chief architect at the original World Trade Center and a Greenwich local. Given its massive size, it can host 250 people for events.

Below ground is where the forthcoming owners will have a massive garage — Frank’s collecting included many Porsches.

The classically designed home is surrounded by mature trees and rolling lawns. It opens to a grand foyer with a double staircase that leads to two separate wings.

Large formal and informal spaces are made for entertaining. The first floor opens to a large living room and — of course — a fabulous bar area.

A large chef’s kitchen anchors the home, along with a family room and a dining room.

The main bedroom suite features a terrace overlooking the rear yard and includes a sitting room, spa-like baths and walk-in closets. A third floor comes with high ceilings and a gym.

The basement also holds a wine cellar, a tasting room and a golf simulator.

Outside, there are two pools and a separate pool house with two ensuite bedrooms, a changing area, and an entertaining space. Another original structure is now used for staff housing.
