Justin Baldoni is back in court.
The actor arrived at New York City’s U.S. District Court in Manhattan on Thursday with wife Emily Baldoni, one day after an “unsuccessful” court-ordered settlement conference with Blake Lively.
The “Gossip Girl” alum, notably, was not present at the courthouse Thursday.
As for Justin, the 42-year-old was all smiles walking in while sporting a gray coat paired with a brown shirt.
The “It Ends With Us” co-stars’ contentious legal battle is expected to come to a head with a trial in May.
