Stop me if you’ve heard this before: the Raiders are looking for a new head coach.

After firing Pete Carroll, who was Las Vegas’ fifth coach in five seasons, the franchise is aboard the coaching carousel once again.

With the market shaping up, a clear favorite has emerged.

Thanks to his New England connections, Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores is a heavy +125 favorite to get the job.

Flores, the architect of one of the best defenses in football over the last three seasons, worked with Raiders part-owner Tom Brady during the latter’s playing days, and has made no secret that he wants another head coaching gig.

Newly fired John Harbaugh comes in at second (+450) as the Raiders could be an attractive spot in Las Vegas with Brady as a co-owner.

Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, who helped Seattle earn the No. 1 seed in the NFC this season, is the third-favorite, all the way down at +800.

Two intriguing head coaches who are likely to be in the mix for other jobs during this coaching cycle are next on the list.

Ex-Jets head coach Robert Saleh and ex-Packers and Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy are both 10/1 to take over in Las Vegas.

Betting on the NFL?

One wild card is a long shot to get the job in what would be one of the biggest stories in recent NFL history: Bill Belichick.

Belichick and Brady, of course, have a long, storied history together — a history with so much behind it that a reunion is impossible to imagine.
