Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon’s former Malibu retreat is now on the market for $9.2 million.
The seller is Canadian comedian and YouTuber Cody Ko — otherwise known as Cody Michael Kolodziejzyk — who bought the gated estate with his wife and fellow content creator, Kelsey Kreppel, for $7.7 million in 2023.
The residence, a dazzling modernized farmhouse that was built in 1949, is now known as Cranberry Farm and sits on 1.86 acres.
Once a wedding venue, it comes with plenty of privacy. But its colorful and eclectic interiors, in a stunning setting, also lend themselves to content creation.
When Witherspoon bought it — for $6.75 million in 2019 — it was known as Zuma Farms, because it sits in the foothills above Zuma Beach.
A long driveway leads to the compound, which features a main residence with three bedrooms. Inside, there’s a chef’s kitchen and an open living area with a fireplace.
The main bedroom features an ensuite spa-like bath. Design details include high ceilings, wooden beams hardwood floors — and tons of color.
The grounds also include a “repurposed” entertainment barn with a covered porch. The barn boasts a loft-style bedroom “with treetop views” as well as a full kitchen, a bar, room for billiards and a lounge.
There’s also an all-glass gym, an outdoor sauna, a cold plunge, a hot tub and a recording studio.
If that’s not enough, guests can also park themselves in the property’s Airstream, which serves as additional guest quarters.
Horse stables and a riding area are also on the grounds — as well as a chicken coop and a bocce ball court.
The listing brokers are Sandro Dazzan and Billy Rose, of the Agency.
