“Top Gun” star Miles Teller and his wife, model-actress Keleigh Sperry Teller, have purchased a new $17.8 million home in Pacific Palisades, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

The purchase comes after the couple lost their Cape Cod-style home, which they bought for $7.5 million in 2023, in the devastating Palisades Fire last year. The couple have since sold the fire-damaged lot for $2 million, taking a $5.5 million loss.

Now, the couple is moving forward with the new home purchase. The gorgeous property, which was built last year, is in the Palisades’ coveted Lower Riviera enclave. It first hit the market last year, asking $22.5 million.

Teller is earning praise in Cannes for his role in James Gray’s new film, “Paper Tiger,” co-starring Cate Blanchett, Adam Driver, Scarlett Johansson and Demi Moore. The film, about a Jewish working-class family that gets dangerously entangled with the Russian mob in 1980s New York, is one of the stand-outs at this year’s film festival, and one of two American films up for the esteemed Palme D’Or award.

Teller is also riding high from his investment in the Long Drink Company, which recently sold for $325 million to the makers of White Claw, the Mark Anthony Group of Companies.

Teller became an investor in the Finnish canned cocktail of gin and grapefruit soda — and involved in the company’s growth and marketing — after serendipitously meeting the founders at a New York City liquor store tasting.

It has been an emotional time for the couple. Last year, Keleigh had posted on Instagram the final photo she took outside their former home. That Christmas, Miles gave Keleigh a remake of her Monique Lhullier wedding gown, which had been lost in the fire.

At 10,293 square feet, the Tellers’ new home features six bedrooms and sits on 0.37 landscaped acres.

The three-story dwelling opens to a double height foyer that leads to a large living and dining area with custom oak paneling.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry, and a separate catering kitchen for entertaining and a wine bar.

The main floor also boasts a home office, an oversized laundry room — and a guest suite that opens to the rear grounds.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite comes with a terrace, a sitting area, a spa-like bath and two walk-in closets.

The basement level features a home theater, a full bar and lounge, a wine cellar with a tasting room, a gym — and a wellness suite with a sauna and a steam sauna. There’s also an elevator.

Outside, there’s a pool, a spa, and multiple lounge areas plus a firepit, a summer kitchen, and a pergola for al fresco dining — all hidden by hedges and dotted with mature olive trees.

The listing broker was Shirli Depas, of Compass, who declined to comment. The Tellers were represented by Jimmy Heckenberg of Rodeo Realty.
