As the FIFA World Cup approaches, so does the fun in the New York and New Jersey area.

FIFA programmed a series of fan events across host cities, including New York and New Jersey, during the tournament.

The events welcome match ticketholders, fans seeking an alternative and those simply looking to celebrate the atmosphere that comes with following the game.

Fan events will feature match broadcasts on giant screens, musical entertainment and locally tailored attractions.

New York | New Jersey will feature six sites for fans to experience, headlined by live match viewings, immersive and fun activities, cultural programming, musical performances and more.

The six sites include: 

  • NY NJ World Cup 26 Jersey Fan Hub
    • Sports Illustrated Stadium (Harrison, NJ) on select dates from June 11 – July 19
  • NY NJ World Cup 26 Queens Group Stage HQ 
    • USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (Queens, NY) from June 11 – June 27 
  • NY NJ World Cup 26 Fan Village Rockefeller Center 
    • Rockefeller Center (Midtown Manhattan, NY) from July 6 – 19
  • NY NJ World Cup 26 Staten Island Fan Zone 
    • Siuh Community Park (Staten Island, NY) from June 29 – July 2
  • NY NJ World Cup 26 Bronx Fan Zone 
    • Bronx Terminal Market (South Bronx, NY) from June 13 – 14 
  • Brooklyn Fan Zone 
    • Brooklyn Bridge Park (Brooklyn’s East River Waterfront) on select dates from June 13 – July 19
