With the addition of Ariana Madix as the show’s host back in Season 6, Love Island USA has skyrocketed to new levels of success — and it shows in the budget! Not only is the dating series able to get access to mainstream songs, but each year, the villa adds an exciting new feat. Last year, they got a photo booth and a speakeasy. This year, they have a new waterfront lounge called “Say Less,” and some new upgrades to interior sections of the villa.

Where is Love Island USA filmed?
Since Season 5, Love Island USA has been filming in the luxurious private villas in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands. Sound familiar? That’s because Survivor on CBS has also been filming there since 2016. Plus, the famous Robert Zemeckis film, Cast Away, starring Tom Hanks, was shot on one of the islands. I guess you could say Love Island USA has a pretty iconic location!
What’s the Love Island USA time difference?
This answer really depends on where you live! If you are dealing with Eastern Time (ET), then you are 16 hours behind Fiji Standard Time, while Pacific Time (PT) is 19 hours behind. For example, if it’s 5 p.m. in New York City, then it’s 9 a.m. the next morning in Fiji. If it’s 5 p.m. in Los Angeles, then it’s 12 p.m. the next afternoon in the villa. Make sense?
How to watch Love Island USA:
During premiere week, Love Island USA airs every night at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on Peacock. Starting the week of June 7, the show will air every night except Wednesday nights at the same time. Love Island USA’s companion show, Aftersun, also airs on Saturday nights.
